"As a property manager and managing over 650 units, the one thing I do not have is time. Our industry is fast paced and super demanding. Running buildings is not an easy task. There eventually comes a time where you have to refurbish a condo building. The Board of Directors was asking for someone to offer an initial design consult. This person if selected would then run the project from start to finish. I knew we would need "extra" personal service. The initial consult was relaxed and instantly the Board of Directors and myself could see you have an unbridled passion for the industry.
